Price per night including continental breakfast:
Single occupancy £65 to £75 per nightDouble occupancy £70 to £85 per night
Cooked breakfast: an additional £5 per person.
Advance weekend and Bank Holiday bookings may require a minimum two night stay.
Please ask about any special ‘deals’ for longer stays.
Cancellation policy
Booking conditions & payment
Deposit
Once you have made a booking we will require a 30% deposit of the total fee. Your booking will be confirmed to you via email or in writing once the deposit has cleared.
Payment
We are unable to accept Credit or Debit Cards. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
Cancellation by us
Where a force majeure event arises, we have the right to cancel your booking and will refund the rental paid. In that event, our liability is limited to payment of the refund. No compensation can be paid or costs that you may have incurred as a result of such cancellation or change.
If in our reasonable opinion any person(s) are not suitable to continue the rental because of unreasonable behaviour, damage to property, danger or significant annoyance to others, the contract may be terminated. In this event, we will have no further liability and no refund will be given.
Cancellation by you
If you find it necessary to cancel your holiday before the final balance is due please inform us immediately by telephone or email. If we manage to re-let the room, then all deposit monies paid will be returned less a handling charge of £20. If the property is not re-let then, unfortunately, all the monies paid are forfeited.
